Changes to partnership structures

North Yorkshire's sub-regional / county partnerships are changing. The North Yorkshire Strategic Partnership (NYSP) has been effectively wound up and replaced by a smaller number of mainly statutory partnerships plus a Chief Executives’ Group (chief executives or equivalents of the nine local authorities, two national park authorities, PCT, police, fire and rescue, plus appropriate representatives of the voluntary and community sector and the business sector)
This group will be tasked to provide leadership and coordination across sub-regional partnership structures and public services generally and to advise Local Government North Yorkshire and York (LGNYY) - the Leaders of the nine local authorities and two national parks.
