Thematic Partnerships

These are partnerships dealing with the principal areas of work in relation both to the work of partners generally and the Local Area Agreement.  Each has its own governance and performance management arrangements. 
 
Currently the Partnership has 6 thematic partnerships.So far as possible we have based them on existing bodies:  
  • Children and Young people  - the Childrens Strategic Partnership
  • Healthier Communities 
  • Adults Strategic Partnership 
  • Safer Communities  - The Pan North Yorkshire Forum
  • Economy and Enterprise  - York and North Yorkshire Development Board
  • Rural Partnership  -  Stronger Communities

The need for these partnerships and for additional ones will be reviewed from time to time.
