Structure

The Forum is a group of senior representatives from key stakeholder agencies in the sub-region who have an interest or role in delivering safer communities. The Forum itself meets twice a year to set priorities, allocate funding and develop the Community Safety Agreement.
 
The Forum is supported by the Joint Officer Working Group and a series of Joint Co-ordinating Groups.
 
The Joint Officer Working Group comprises the chair of each Joint Co-ordinating Group, a representative from the Community Safety Partnerships, the manager of York Safer Partnership and a representative from Government Office.
 
The content of this page is currently being updated  to reflect the role of the JOWG and the refreshed Joint Co-ordinating Groups.
